What a miracle done by Australian cricket team. They had won 5 world cups now and interesting fact is that in last 5 world cups they had won four times.

Today they beat New Zeland in one sided final at MCG by 7 wickets. Now I will tell you the journey of Australia in this one sided final. 

Today Australians loose only the toss. New Zeland had won the toss and decided to bat first. They lost their skipper in the starting overs of the innings. New Zeland didn't played well after loosing his skipper. They lost another two wickets in a small period of time. But after that Elliot and Taylor somehow balance the innings but again a miracle happened and New Zeland looses another 3 wickets in a very less period of time. After that they loose all their wickets just by scoring 183 runs.

Now Both the openers of Ausies came to bat in the crease. Ausies looses Finch's wicket easily. Warner was looking in a good touch but he wasn't able to stretch his innings and looses his wicket.

From that point of time the black caps were thought of a come back in the game. But the Australian skipper Clarke and Smith build up a great partnership and help Ausies to taste the fruit of World Cup again!! But at the last of the innings Clarke was bowled out. Now only 9 runs were required by the Ausies and Watson & Smith took Ausies for a miracle win over black caps in the final. Last shot of the world cup 2015 was played by Smith by scoring 4 runs.

NEW ZELAND VS SOUTH AFRICA

Welcome Back once again!! 

What a match was between New Zeland and South Africa. South Africa had won the toss and elected to bat first. A slow start from South Africa in their innings. But Rossouw and Faf du Plesis handles the innings and did a great partnership of more than 50 runs.After 38 overs rain stops play and delayed the match for a long time. Now the match was reduced to 43 overs from each side. After 43 overs South Africa had scored 281 runs for 5 wickets. Due to D/L method the score was revived to 297 runs and New Zeland need 298 runs in 43 overs. 

New Zeland openers (Martin Guptill and Brendon Maccullum) came on the ground to chase such a big target. But no one knows that how Maccullum will bat. Maccullum stuns everybody sitting in the stadium and people who was watching T.V. He scored massive 59 runs in just 26 balls. This had created a solid stone for New Zeland to chase such a big target. After this Williamson didn't able to score much runs and out just by scoring 6 runs. Now taylor and Guptill made a big partership but after sometime due to miss-understanding between them Guptill loses his crucial wicket as run out. Such a drastic change for Kiwis!! At last moment of the game South Africa loses many chances of run-out and catches. Due to the great innings of Anderson and Elliot South Africa loses another opportunity of playing the world cup final and New Zeland became the first team of entering the ICC Cricket World Cup - 2015!!

Today I will tell you about STUNNING GUPTILL who had played a stunning innings 

against West Indies in quarter final -4 of ICC Cricket World Cup!!

Description :-

Martin Guptill became the first batsman to make ICC Cricket World Cup history with an stunning innings of 237 not out  which led  New Zealand to a 143-run win over the West Indies in Saturday’s one-sided quarterfinal. Guptill’s faced 163 balls, including 11 sixes and 24 fours, was the highest by an individual in a World Cup Quarter Final match , surpassing the 215 that Chris Gayle scored against Zimbabwe on February 24, and the second-highest in all one-day internationals after Rohit Sharma’s 264 for India in November last year against Sri Lanka!!

It was the first double-century by a New Zealand cricketer in ODIs, beating the record high score of 189 he set himself, and made Guptill the first New Zealander to score centuries in consecutive World Cup innings after having made 105 against Bangladesh in the last league match. He also became the man of the match in this quarter final. New Zealand will play South Africa in Auckland on Tuesday in a semifinal.

India Vs Sri Lanka next tour!

Welcome Back once again! As we all know the West Indies Cricket Board had decided to leave India tour in the middle of the series. Firstly I will tell you that what was happened.

 

When West Indies came to India their tour was like this:

5 ODI's, 3 Tests and 1 T20. But when they start their tour with the first ODI from that point the WICB had decided to give lesser match fees to their players as they were paid earlier. WICB deducted 30% of their match fees which WICB gave to their players. They deduct 100% ICC fees and many more. For these reasons the West Indies players had decided to leave India tour in the middle of the series. So, the result of the reaction of the players towards WICB was that West Indies team payed only 4 ODI's in their tour to India. Now you will ask:

What was the reaction of BCCI?

 

 After this the BCCI had declared that in the coming few years their will be no series of India and West Indies. But BCCI had declared that the carribien players are allowed to play in IPL. Now you will ask:

What will be the next step of BCCI now?

 

Now BCCI has decided to have a series between India and Sri Lanka to cover up few amount of the loss which they have to bear. Now India will play a series of 5 ODI's against Sri Lanka from 1st of November 2014. But before that Sri Lanka will play a practice ODI match against India A on 30th of October.

Toss - India won the toss and choose to bat!

 Description - Welcome everybody once again! Today I am going to tell short description about the 2nd ODI held at Firo Shah Kotla, New Delhi. India won the toss and bat first. Shikhar Dhawan and Ajinkya Rahane opens for India. India lost its 2 wickets quickly. But from this point India start to dominate. Virat Kohli and Suresh Raina hit their half sanctuary and took out India from the pressure and lead India to a good total that they can defend (263 - 7). Now it is time for West Indies batting. Dwayne Smith and Darren Bravo came to bat. Bravo out quickly. But as the innings go further Smith was becoming dangerous and came near to his ton. But Mohammad Shami took the wicket of Smith and he gone for 97. After that wicket West Indies loose their wickets at normal intervals of time and Shami took 4 wickets in whole match that took India a easy win which wash looking difficult when Smith was palying. Finally India won by 48 runs!

INDIA  VS  WEST INDIES

1st ODI

TOSS - India won the toss and elected to field first!

DESCRIPTION - Dwayne Smith and Darren Bravo started the innings for West Indies. West Indies lost their 2 wickets quickly and looking to be in pressure. But new batsman of West Indies, Marlon Samuel. He plays patiently and take out West Indies from pressure. Now, the Indian bowlers are not performing well and Samuel made his ton! In death overs Samuel hits dramatically and that leads to the total of 321 in 50 overs. Marlon Samuel remain unbeaten at the end of the innings. 

Now, Shikhar Dhawan and Ajinkya Rahane came as an opener for India. Both gave a good start for India. But suddenly Rahane gets run out and from that point India start loosing its wickets in bundles. Only Shikhar scored 62 runs for India that was the highest individual score from India. Marlon Samuel took two wickets. At last Ravindra Jadeja hits big shots that took India near 200 but finally India gets all out for 197 runs only. India lost this game by 124 runs.
